Introduction

The rotary dryer is suitable for the drying of organic fertilizers, slag, clay, limestone, phosphogypsum, steel mill slag, power plant and sewage treatment. It has large drying capacity, stable operation and energy consumption. It has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation and high output.

It introduces the hot air of the hot blast stove into the dryer through the jet draft fan to exchange heat with the wet material. According to the different characteristics of the materials, different types of lifting plates and anti-sticking measures are set up. When the materials enter the rotating cylinder and are dried, a multi-angle lifting copying plate is installed in the cylinder to make the materials spread evenly and fully meet the high temperature air for heat exchange, reaching good drying effect.

The main structure of this series of dryers is as shown in the diagram, and the rotary cylinder is flanged or directly welded. It is supported by the two-speed supporting wheel supporting device and drives the simplified rotation through the transmission gear. The cylinder is installed with an angle, and the material is in contact with the hot flue gas during the process of turning and moving forward in the rotating cylinder to achieve the purpose of drying. This machine is equipped with feeding and discharging devices. There are fish scale sealing sheets between the feeding and discharging devices and the cylinder to prevent the material from overflowing.
