advanced technology. Energy saving and consumption reduction, no
three wastes are discharged, stable operation, reliable operation
and convenient maintenance. The raw materials have wide
adaptability and are suitable for the granulation of various raw
materials such as compound fertilizers, medicines, chemicals,
feeds, etc., and the product granulation rate is high. It can
produce compound fertilizers of various concentrations and types
(including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological
fertilizer, magnetic fertilizer, etc.).
working principle:
This series of roller granulation is an extrusion sliding model.
Its working principle is: the belt and pulley are driven by the
motor, transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and
synchronized with the driven shaft through the split gear, and work
in opposite directions. The material is added from the hopper,
formed by the pair of rollers, demoulded and pelletized, and sent
to the crushing screen studio through a pair of chains, where the
finished product particles (balls) are screened and separated, and
then the returned material is mixed with the new material. Then
granulate. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the
continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized.
Overview of the structure of the roller extrusion granulator
The whole machine is divided into four parts:
1. Frame part: all working bodies of the machine are installed and
fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is made of medium
carbon steel plate and channel steel. It has passed strict quality
control and specific process requirements to achieve the purpose of
the machine. There are lifting holes in the middle of the four
corners of the frame to facilitate Used in loading and unloading
transportation.
2. Transmission connection part: the motor drives the pulley,
V-belt, and reducer to drive to make the machine head work. In
addition, sprocket and chain form a transmission chain which is
transmitted to the crushing and separating work part. Among them,
the transmission reducer and the working part of the machine head
are engaged and driven by a nylon pin coupling.
