Working principle 

Water spray device is installed above the disc, makes the water spray out like the mist. The materials flow into the rotating disc through conveyor belt or other equipment, and are carried to up while the disc rotates, then fall to the lowest place of the disc, meanwhile the water mist was added in, makes the raw materials granulated in the process of rotating along the disc and falls down, as the time goes, the granule gradually become bigger.

The disc granulator is designed with angle adjustment mechanism, it can adjust the tilt angle of the disc according to the size of the granule required, normally the tilt angle of disc can be adjusted from 35° to 50°. last, the granules which is qualified float above the tilt disk, as the disc rotating, throw the granules out along the disc tangent, flows into the feed bin of the belt conveyor and enter into next procedure.
