The calculated and measured quantities of the above mentioned raw materials is mixed properly in a mixer. The homogeneous mass is then processed in the drum granulating machine. The drum rotates at very low RPM. The material goes up and down with the cylinder for some height and then starts rolling again and again. As the material rolls on, the size of the granule increases. This material is transferred to the dryer with the help of a conveyor. The material is then passed through the cooler for cooling. Then transferred to screen to get diameter 1-4mm granules. The oversize and under-size are recycled back to the granulation process. Finally the end fertilizer is packed in 50 Kg bags.
