This OEM/ODM customized high pressure die casting mould is
engineered for producing aluminum alloy die cast parts under rapid
injection cycles, with full custom moulding service from design to
production. Unlike injection moulds for plastics, this tooling is
built from heat-treated steel to withstand extreme metal pressures
exceeding 800 bar. Each mould features precision-machined cavities,
balanced runner systems, and targeted cooling lines to ensure
dense, void-free castings with fine surface detail. Whether you

layout are all tailored to your part drawing and production volume. High Pressure Endurance – Constructed from premium H13 or SKD61 steel with vacuum
heat treatment and nitriding, resisting heat checking and erosion
for over 100,000 shots. Aluminum Alloy Specialization – Optimized for alloys such as A380, ADC12, AlSi10Mg, with
flow simulation ensuring proper fill of thin walls and complex
ribs. Integrated Cooling Design – Conformal or drilled channels placed near thick sections

friction, anti water/static electricity/acid-base/high-temperature,
with this we can ensure the pattern has smooth surface without
distrotion, and easy to demould; 7. All the screws we using stainless steel screw, easy to
disassemble during maintenance; 8. For the big mould chest, we using 18-20mm thick wrought
aluminium plate, to offer high strenght cavity.

lost foam casting craftsmen and so on. We provide a full range of

reserve scan and 3D Coordinate Measuring technology to make sure
