These custom low pressure metal press molds are designed for
precision manufacturing of household aluminum die casting parts
using low pressure die casting (LPDC) technology. Unlike high
pressure processes, LPDC fills the mold cavity gently with
controlled air pressure, producing parts with exceptional density,
minimal porosity, and fine surface detail. Each mold is built from
heat-resistant steel, featuring optimized risers, gates, and
cooling channels to promote directional solidification. Ideal for
producing medium‑volume runs of home appliance components,
decorative hardware, and kitchenware, our low pressure molds

Features Low Pressure Optimized Design – Runner and gate layouts tailored for laminar metal flow,
reducing turbulence and oxide entrapment common in household
aluminum castings. Precision Cavity Finishing – CNC‑machined and polished cavities produce smooth,
ready‑to‑coat surfaces for decorative household parts. Heat‑Resistant Tool Steel – Molds manufactured from H13 or equivalent, vacuum heat
treated to resist thermal creep during repeated low pressure
cycles. Effective Riser Placement – Strategically located risers feed shrinking sections,
eliminating internal voids in thicker cross‑sections of sink
strainers or cookware bases. Tryout & Process Tuning – Each mold is tested on an LPDC machine with
customer‑specified aluminum alloy, and sample castings are
inspected for density and finish.

with water spray system, to get a nice cooling effect; 6. We Have (TEF10N) coating on the mould surface, it can reduce the
friction, anti water/static electricity/acid-base/high-temperature,
with this we can ensure the pattern has smooth surface without
distrotion, and easy to demould; 7. All the screws we using stainless steel screw, easy to
disassemble during maintenance; 8. For the big mould chest, we using 18-20mm thick wrought
aluminium plate, to offer high strenght cavity.

reserve scan and 3D Coordinate Measuring technology to make sure
