Features Automotive & Motorcycle Focus – Cavity layouts optimized for engine brackets, transmission
housings, clutch covers, and frame lugs with integrated ribs and
bosses. High Precision Machining – CNC and EDM processes achieve tolerances within ±0.01mm,
ensuring mating surfaces and bolt holes align perfectly during
assembly. Heat Treated Durability – Mould steel (e.g., H13, DAC55) undergoes vacuum hardening
and nitriding to resist heat checking and erosion from
high‑velocity aluminum flow. Customized Ejection System – Pin placement and sleeve ejectors tailored to part
geometry, preventing distortion of thin‑walled sections common in
vehicle components. Pre‑Production Sampling – Trial castings performed with your specified aluminum alloy
(A380, ADC12, etc.), and sample parts measured against print before
mold approval.

with water spray system, to get a nice cooling effect; 6. We Have (TEF10N) coating on the mould surface, it can reduce the
friction, anti water/static electricity/acid-base/high-temperature,
with this we can ensure the pattern has smooth surface without
distrotion, and easy to demould; 7. All the screws we using stainless steel screw, easy to
disassemble during maintenance; 8. For the big mould chest, we using 18-20mm thick wrought
aluminium plate, to offer high strenght cavity.

reserve scan and 3D Coordinate Measuring technology to make sure
