Aluminum Silicate Board
Ceramic fiber board are furnace refractory and insulation material,
take ceramic fiber as the main raw materials, after fiber
processing, slag removing, then add some binder, through vacuum
forming process and drying process, to be made into high strength
fiber board.

Application
1. Steel industry: expansion joints, lining insulation, heat
insulation sheets and mold insulation;
2. Non-ferrous metal industry: backing insulation materials,
tundish and runner cover for pouring copper and copper-containing
alloys;
3. Ceramic industry: the structure of the light kiln car and the
hot lining of the kiln, the separation of the temperature zones of
the kiln and the fire-blocking materials;
4. Glass industry: the molten pool is lined with heat, and the
burner block;
5. Kiln construction: hot surface refractory material (instead of
fiber blanket), lining of heavy refractory material, expansion
joint;
6. Light industry: the lining of industrial and domestic boiler
combustion chambers;
7. Petrochemical industry: high-temperature heating furnace lined
with hot surface materials;
8. Building materials industry: insulation of equipment such as
cement rotary kiln
