This Muskoka panel is 30% wider than traditional rib panels, no other panel comes close. A distinctive continuous look that is virtually seamless. Designed to meet the harshest weather and load conditions while providing long-term building performance, the Muskoka panel is a natural choice for large agricultural and light industrial applications. This panel has a 3/4” high rib at 10 7/8” centres running vertically. For new construction the panel can be installed directly onto 1/2” plywood or over 1”x 4” horizontal strapping.

Structure introduction
(1) Manual uncoiler
It is used to support the steel coil and realize the uncoiling by means of rotatory movement. The steel coil is uncoiled manually. The capacity of this uncoiler is 5 Ton, and it is capable for most of the cases. This equipment is suitable to process the steel coils with 508mm of ID.

(2) Feeding
Receiving the raw material (steel sheet), it guarantees the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation for knowing the function of locate angle iron.

(3)Machine material
In order to get high quality product, our machine adopts welded steel frame structure, AC frequency conversion motor reducer drive, chain transmission, heat treatment.
Roller material: bearing steel with heat treatment

(4) Shearing mechanism
It adopts hydraulic station and automatic cut to length system to realize the stably cutting of certain length of products.Material of the cutting blades: GCr12, processed by heat treatment

(5) Hydraulic system
It is derived by a Gear Pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump could drive the hydraulic cylinder to realize the cutting function.
The system includes a set of hydraulic tank, a set of a Gear Pump, two hydraulic pipes .and two sets of Solenoid Valves.

(6) Electrical control cabinet :
Delta PLC is adopted to organize all actions of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes: automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working. In order to make the machine has a long service life and easy maintenance; we only adopt globally famous electrical components. And by our special designed program, the human-computer interface is very easy to be adopted by any level of operators.

(7) Encoder :
We understand that the encoder is a very important part of the cutting to length system, so we only adopt the best quality from OMRON Japan. And we offer enough matching couplings to make the machine will never shut off due to the encoder problem.
