Introduction There are many models of our Y81 series scrap metal balers, the baling pressure is optional from 63 tons to 2000 tons, and the size of the material box and the size of the bale can be customized. The baling pressure of this baler is 2,000 tons, which belongs to a large baler. There are more options for baling scrap metal materials, and even thick large ship plates can be packed and compressed into blocks. The baler adopts PLC control system, which is easy to operate, and one person can make it run. In this baler, we use three servo motors. Compared with ordinary motors, choosing servo motors is more energy-saving and power-saving. There are generally three cooling systems, the first is plate cooling, the second is water tower cooling, and the third is air cooling. This Y81-2000 baler is equipped with forced air cooling.
