Introduction

Y81 series hydraulic metal packaging can be all kinds of metal scrap (scrap, shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel scrap, scrap cars, etc.) squeezed into a rectangular, octagonal shape, the shape of a cylinder and other qualified furnace, can reduce the transportation and smelting costs, but also improve the rate of investment furnace. This series baler is mainly used in steel mills, recycling industries, as well as nonferrous metal, ferrous metal smelting industry.Such baler is mainly used in steel plants, reclamation &processing industry and nonferrous &ferrous metal refining industry. Such machineries adopt hydraulic drives, with manual or PLC automatic control operation as options. The discharging types fall into turning over, push out, forward out and manual lifting.It is unnecessary to fix foot screws and a diesel engine can be used in case of power supply unavailability.The extrusion force ranges from 63t to 400t, totaling10 grades for customers’ selection,and productivity being from 4t/shift to 40/shift.The size of the compression chamber and the form and size of the bale can be designed and customized according to the requirements of the customers.
