HPA series of horizontal balers are applied for baling &
automatic strapping of paper, cardboard
(carton), newspaper, magazine, straw, PET bottle, plastic film
& crate,etc.
Features
1. PLC control combined with window monitoring of the
human-computer interface(touch screen),
synchronous action instruction chart combined with the error
warning, the bale length available
for adjustment.
2. Floating convergent mouth design in three directions(left, right
and upward),
beneficial to automatic pressure distribution in four sides, widely
used for baling different materials.
3. Push cylinder and head connected by the sphere structure with
good reliability
and long working life of oil seal.
4. Automatic belting, speeding up baling.
5. Decentralized shears equipment at the feeding inlet with high
shearing efficiency.
6. Low-noise hydraulic circuit design with high efficiency and low
trouble frequency.
