Novation Ice Bag Replacement For Ice Bag System
It is an effective and cheap cold therapy to use natural ice as a cryotherapy medium. Our disposable ice packs come in a variety of
special sizes, shapes and designs for areas that are diffificult to cover with
traditional ice packs, such as limbs, abdomen, eyes, face and perineum. Offering a wide range
of options to keep the ice pack applied and fifixed in place, the product uses bandage
and elastic design, and a specially designed outer layer to protect the skin from nerve
damage and frostbite.
Description
An extra-large ice bag system is ideal for large surface areas of extremities requiring wraparound cold therapy.The bag can also be opened flat to cover large surface areas such as the shoulder,hip or abdomen.The system consists of two ice bags with easy-clip closure that fit inside the ice bag cover. The cover is constructed from a durable webbed material with an elastic side band. The tapered closure mechanisem is adjustable,creating a contoured fit for knees and elbows regardless of patient size.Replacement ice bags to extend the life of the system can be purchased separately.
