PC (Prestressed-Concrete) Bar Induction Hardening & Tempering Line

 

1. Features of Machine:

1) Transmission system:The wire drawing machine adopts the transmission way of AC frequency conversion motor+ joint group narrow V belts+ decelerator with hard gear surface+ joint group narrow V belts.

2) Blocks: The block is accurately made of high quality ductile cast iron, sprayed with tungsten carbide.The block surface fineness Ra≥0.8, the surface rigidity is ≥HRC60.

3) Die box: 1# adopts rotating die box. Die box applies direct or indirect water cooling as per client's request. Tuning roller is fixed in the wire inlet of die box, which is driven by cylinder.Tuning roller and wire guiding wheel are both made of 45# steel and sprayed with tungsten carbide which have hardness over HCR55.
