3. Main process introduction

Cathode discharge oil: remove the oil on the surface of copper wire to ensure the binding force of the coating .

Anode discharge oil: same as the cathode discharge oil.

Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of the copper wire.

Pre-silver plating : as a pre-coating, to ensure the subsequent coating and base binding force.

Silver plating: the copper wire is coated with a uniform silver coating.

Protection: a protective film is formed on the surface of the product to prevent oxidation and discoloration of the coating during transit and storage.
