2. Technological process of production

Feeding → alkaline washing → water rinsing → pickling → water rinsing → plating assistance → drying → hot dip galvanizing → external blowing → internal blowing → air cooling → water cooling → passivation → water rinsing → inspection → marking → packing and storage

3. Main process introduction

Alkaline washing: remove the oil from the surface of pipes.

Pickling: remove all oxides on the surface of the pipes.

Water rinsing: it is a very important step in hot dip galvanizing, prevent iron ions from the surface of the pipes into the zinc pot, too much iron ions will cause zinc ash, zinc slag too much production.

Plating assistance: activate the surface of steel parts, improve the quality of galvanized, it directly affects the quality of coating .

Drying: dry the surface of the pipes and improve the temperature of the pipes itself, to prevent zinc splashing.

Hot dip galvanizing: the molten zinc reacts with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, so that the matrix and the coating are combined.

External blowing:the excess zinc liquid is blown off the external surface of the pipes to obtain a smooth external surface.

Internal blowing:the excess zinc liquid is blown off the internal surface of the pipes to obtain a smooth internal surface.

Water cooling: quickly reduce the temperature of pipes.

Passivation:increase corrosion resistance of zinc layer to prevent white rust during transportation.
