The whole line is composed of wire banding line, banded wire pay-off, straightening device before forming machine, high quality straight brad nail forming machine and finish brad pickup device. And their parameters are listed below.

Wire banding machine include wire coils pay-off, there have straighten and flat regulation device both in front and back to straight the wire. The flatten wire will be combined together through three times of gluing and one time of baking. The glue will be filled onto wires automatically, the induction heating type baking will bake the wire automatically; when need to produce stainless steel strip, hot air blowing type baking will be used.. The whole length of machine can be designed according to client's workshop.

The direction of the hydraulic cylinder can be changed by adjusting the directional control valve. The pressure of the hydraulic cylinder can be regulated by adjusting the overflow valve.

The straightening rollers are driven by 0.75KW motor and chain transmission.
