General feature of CK6185E/2000 Lathe machine 1. Machine guide rail and saddle guide rail are both made of special material type hard rail, have high frequency quench, superhard wear resistance, durable, can keep long time high machining precision. 4. The digital system adopt GSK988T system, use Chinese famous brand ball screw and high precision screw bearing. 5. Chief shaft use high precision shaft bearing group with precision assembly and field balancing, to ensure the high precision, low noise and strong rigidity of chief shaft. 6. All lubricant points use forced automatic lubricant device for fixed point quantitative lubrication of screw shaft and railway. Once have abnormal condition or lack of oil, it will have alarm signal automatically. 7.Scraping device is fixed on railway to prevent corrosion by iron scurf or cooling liquid, convenient for cleaning of iron scurfs.
