This machine adopt B type triangular belt and synchronous toothed belt pulley as auxiliary transmission, three inverter, PLC control, centralized control pay-off with touch screen, flatting machine and take-up, digital control of the whole machine.

Driven motor of this machine is Y series 4 KW motor, it is driven by a triangular belt to the flattening machine to realize flattening. Flatting machine adopt water cooling and compulsory air cooling, during continuous production operation, the roller is equipped with water tank, and the roller cooling is realized by circulating of electric pump and the inlet and outlet water pipes to ensure that the temperature is over high, which affects the normal production of the flat wire production. Rollers of this machine is made of hard alloy and durable in use.
