Featuring a durable PPS plastic housing (Poly-Phenylene Sulfide), the ASR400 is built to withstand complex industrial environments, challenging chemical processes, and rigorous wastewater treatment. Advanced Sensor Technology and Specifications Key electrical specifications confirm the sensor's precision: the Zero Position (E0) is ± 20mV at 25℃, and the Slope is certified to be greater than 95% at 25℃. Operational Versatility and Self-Cleaning Feature A defining feature of the ASR400 is its integrated versatility. The sensor can be optionally equipped with a cleaning joint (ASR Analog ORP Sensor). When paired with a compatible Daruifuno PH/ORP controller, users gain precise control over self-cleaning cycles, allowing for customization of the time interval and frequency of automated cleaning. This significantly reduces maintenance and ensures continuous accuracy. The sensor maintains high performance across a range of conditions, tolerating pressures and temperatures up to 0℃ to 80℃ at 6Bar, and 80℃ to 100℃ at 4 Bar. It operates optimally within a sample flow rate velocity range of 0.5m/s≥velocity≥0.001m/s.
