Advanced Sensor Technology for Superior Performance The core of the Daruifuno ASP400 features a highly resilient design. It utilizes an acid and alkali resistant glass membrane to accurately measure pH across the full range of 0 to 14 pH. The sensor incorporates an Ag/AgCl reference electrode and a double salt bridge with a KCl gel reference system, which minimizes junction fouling and ensures long-term stability in dirty media. The electrode material consists of Glass and Porous PTFE membrane, housed within a rugged PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) plastic casing, providing excellent chemical resistance. Key specifications ensure high measurement quality: Harsh Conditions and Automated Cleaning Designed to withstand tough operational parameters, the ASP400 operates reliably under temperatures of 0℃to $80℃ at6Bar and 80℃ to 100℃ at 4Bar. The recommended sample flow rate for optimal measurement ranges from 0.001m/sto 0.5m/s. The sensor supports various temperature compensation units, including PT1000, PT100, and NTC10K, which can be customized to fit your system requirements. A significant feature is its compatibility with an optional cleaning connector. When paired with a Daruifuno controller, this sensor can be integrated into an automated self-cleaning system, allowing users to control the cleaning time interval and cleaning frequency.
