Robust Design and Precision Electrodes The ASR300 is designed for long-term stability in complex media. It utilizes a highly responsive platinum flat measuring electrode, offering a wide and precise measurement range of ±1500mV. The robust reference system features an Ag/AgCl reference electrode protected by a double salt bridge and a KCl gel reference system. This design minimizes electrolyte depletion and resists fouling, ensuring consistent performance in dirty or chemically challenging solutions.The sensor's key electrical specifications confirm high quality: the Zero Position (E_0) is ±20mV at 25℃, and the Slope% is greater than 95% at 25℃, guaranteeing responsive and accurate redox measurements. Operating Parameters and Automated Cleaning Built to operate reliably under typical water process conditions, the ASR300 handles temperatures from 0℃ to 60℃ at 4Bar and up to 80℃ at 2Bar. Optimal performance is achieved with a sample flow rate maintained between 0.001m/s and 0.5m/s. The sensor supports customization for various temperature compensation units, including PT1000, PT100, and NTC10K. A crucial feature for high-maintenance applications is the sensor's compatibility with an optional cleaning connector.
