Measuring pH in harsh industrial processes poses a significant challenge. Standard pH sensors often fail under extreme temperatures, high pressures, or in highly acidic or alkaline media. This robust pH sensor boasts an impressive measuring range of 0 to 14 pH, providing comprehensive coverage for a wide variety of applications. At its core, a low impedance cylindrical glass membrane ensures rapid and stable response times, while the sophisticated Ag/AgCl reference system with a double salt bridge and KCl gel minimizes sample contamination. This advanced design makes the probe exceptionally stable and reliable, especially in environments where traditional single-junction electrodes are prone to fouling or poisoning.
Engineered to endure the extremes, this industrial pH electrode operates continuously in medium-to-low temperature environments from 0°C to 80°C (and up to 100°C with customization) and handles pressures up to 6 bar. For high-temperature applications, it performs reliably between 80°C and 100°C for continuous periods under 60 minutes, with a high-temperature version rated for up to 135°C. This model has been rigorously tested to withstand more than 40 high-temperature cycles, demonstrating its exceptional longevity.
Key features further enhance its performance. A slope percentage greater than 95% ensures high accuracy and sensitivity. The integrated temperature compensation is highly customizable, with options for PT100, PT1000, or NTC10K sensors, providing precise pH readings across varying temperatures. Constructed from durable glass with a unique dot-shaped ceramic frit, the electrode resists chemical attack, making it the ideal pH sensor for high acid-alkaline environments. The standard 12mm diameter and PG13.5 mounting thread ensure simple and seamless installation into existing systems, while integral or split leads offer installation flexibility.
