0~100℃ ±2000mV Ring-Shaped Platinum ORP Electrode For Sewage Water
Oxidation-reduction potential, abbreviated as ORP (abbreviation of English Oxidation-Reduction Potential) or Eh, has been used for a long time as a comprehensive indicator of environmental conditions of media (including soil, natural water, culture medium, etc.). It characterizes the relative degree of oxidative or reductive properties of the medium.
The unit of the ORP sensor is mv. It consists of ORP composite electrode and mv meter. An ORP electrode is an electrode that can absorb or release electrons on the surface of its sensitive layer, which is an inert metal, usually made of platinum and gold. The reference electrode is the same silver/silver chloride electrode as the pH electrode.
It is used for potentiometric measurement, and at the same time it cannot participate in the chemical reaction process, which means that it has to withstand chemical shocks. Therefore, only precious metals such as platinum, gold or silver can be used here. As a reference electrode, an Ag/AgCl reference system is used as in the pH value measurement.
Specification:

Brief introduction: ◆ ORP composite electrode, ring-shaped platinum detection head, the body is packaged in high-performance PPS plastic case ◆ Sturdy structure, with installation threads at the beginning and end, easy to install; ◆ The electrode is divided into 2 basic models according to the temperature unit packaging method, which is convenient for users to measure the temperature of the liquid simultaneously; ◆ The electrode is equipped with a protective cover with its own cleaning interface ◆ The reference adopts a large-area annular porous Teflon membrane, ◆ The reference system is a double-salt bridge design, the reference electrode is Ag/AgCl, and the reference is filled with saturated
Aplication: Water treatment monitoring Drinking water, surface water, water quality analyze, ground water, ect.
Industrial process monitoring and dosing control Chemical, petroleum, paper, food and medicine,PCB manufacturing, etc.
FAQ 1. Does ORP measurement require temperature compensation? A: ORP measurement is not temperature controlled, so the ORP sensor does not require temperature compensation.
2. How do we choose the ORP electrode when the oxidation level is high? A: In occasions where the oxidation level is high, that is, the ORP value is high, platinum electrodes are recommended, otherwise gold electrodes are recommended. ORP measurements usually use the above two inert materials as indicator electrodes.
3. What is the wire length of the ORP electrode? A: The lead wire of this electrode is 5m by default, other lengths need to be customized, contact our customer service, the price will vary with the change of length.
4. What should ORP electrodes be used with? A: ORP electrode cannot be used alone, it must be connected with PH/ORP controller. We have a matching controller with a suitable price, and you can choose.
5: Are you trading company or manufacturer ? A: Yes, We are SENSOR manufacturer and exporter in china with 10+ years experience and with the factory authorized by SGS.committed to producing high accuracy, long-term stability, cost-efficient online, portable(single-parameter and multi-parameter), water analysis instruments
10: Do you offer the OEM service? A: Yes, we can offer OEM service and design the logo marking for you. But the minimum quantity is 50pcs for the first order .
11: What is your delivery time? A: It is in 6-8 working days since the payment confirmed . If quantity is more than 100pcs /order, it will need extra 3-5 working days .
12. Any discount?
