The measuring system of the water quality probe hydrogen peroxide sensor WP7 is membrane-covered, amperometric 2-electrode system. It is used for the measurement of hydrogen peroxide. The pH range of the hydrogen peroxide probe is 2 ~ 11pH. The flow rate of the water quality probe is about 15-30L/h, small flow rate dependence is given. The material of the hydrogen peroxide sensor is PVC-U, stainless steel 1.4571. The response time is T90 about 5 ~ 10 min. You can calibrate the sensor via analytical determination by DPD-method at the controller.

All kinds of water treatment, also seawater (e. g. bottle washing machine, CIP-plants). The membrane system is mechanical resistant. Surfactants (tensides) are partially tolerated.

aqueous solution >3 % must not be existent. The temperature compensation of hydrogen peroxide sensor WP7 water quality sonde is automatical, by an integrated temperature
sensor. Sudden temperature changes must be avoided.
