About DRFN’s Sludge Concentration Sensor
Sludge concentration is the degree of hindrance of the suspended substances in the water to the transmission of light. The water contains mud, silt, fine organic matter and other microorganisms and colloids that can make the water appear turbid.
According to the scattered light intensity of suspended particles in the water sample, OPSS900 infrared sludge concentration sensor uses 180 degree infrared beam method to measure the suspended solids value of the sample.
