Detailed Product Description

HPP High Pressure Processing Machine For Sterilizing

Equipment specification

item	specification
material	Special alloy stainless steel, compliant with ASME U3 material requirements in the United States
Ergonomic approach	Horizontal design, in line with ergonomics, makes loading and feeding more convenient; Horizontal design helps with any food line connection, convenient and hygienic
Feeding/Unloading	Automatic loading and unloading system enables HPP equipment to be automated
Safety indicators	The equipment adopts prestressed steel strip winding technology to ensure safe operation under ultra-high pressure conditions of 600MPa fully stable. The prestressed steel strip winding structure technology is the most advanced technology for manufacturing ultra-high pressure vessels and large-scale pressure equipment Applying prestress to containers and load-bearing frames that bear huge loads through steel strip winding, significantly reducing stress and increasing fatigue strength in the synthesized state, completely eliminating stress concentration
Electricity usage	Adopting the latest generation of variable frequency control system, significantly reducing electricity consumption and lower energy consumption
