Description

PCB Shuttle Conveyor is used for parallel transition conveyors between the ends of an automated production line or between two conveyor lines with deviations in the centerline.

1, Use 1 or 2 mobile trolleys to move back and forth between two specific locations for automated docking between SMT or plug-in equipment and logistics systems(Specific occasions of convergent or shunt transport such as 1 → 2,2 → 1,3 → 1)

2, Applicable: Dislocation translation connection between multiple production lines(DIP, SMT or other production process), automatically transferring the workpiece(PCB or Sheet material) to the production mode of the next specific equipment.

3, Energy-saving solution for SMT process: only 1 reflow soldering system is required for 2-4 SMT production lines, or only 1 wave soldering system is required for 2 plug-in production lines.
