Idler Roller
Roller accessories have the following characteristics:
(1) Long service life. The polymer material of the roller body of
the roller body has mechanical properties similar to bronze, which
has good self-lubricating properties and does not damage the belt.
(2) Light weight and low rotational inertia. The polymer material
of the roller is light in weight, and its specific gravity is
one-seventh of that of steel. The roller accessories made of this
material are about one-half of the weight of ordinary rollers, and
the rotation inertia is small. The friction is small.
(3) The structure is reasonable and sealed. The roller is equipped
with two seals with high manufacturing accuracy. The gap is coated
with grease to prevent corrosive media such as dust, gas, liquid,
etc. from entering the roller and damaging the bearing.
(4) Spiral roller. The roller body and seal are made of polymer
materials, and the service life can reach more than 5 times that of
ordinary rollers when used in corrosive situations. The
specifications of polymer rollers include 4 series, including φ89,
φ108, φ133, φ159, etc., with more than 30 varieties. Non-standard
roller accessories can also be manufactured according to user
requirements. There are two types of roller body materials: MC
nylon and polyurethane, which are selected according to the
characteristics of corrosive substances in the use environment.

3. The end cap of roller resist dust and water splash well in
operation environment.
4. The design of pwlymer bearing housing makes it able to operate
in some special environment.
5. The lubrication method of bearing could be oil lubricating or
grease lubricating as requirement
6. Suitable for the high speed conveying. Speed could vary
according to diameter and length of roller, Max.speed up to
120m/min.
7. Semi-precision bearing for option, smooth running, be used for
gravity roller conveyor in low speed(<30m/min)
8. Temperatue range: 0 to +40ºC
