Heavy Duty roller is an important component for light to heavy industry bulk material handling equipment,such as overland conveyors, coal-conveyors, high-speed trough belt conveyor system projects,crushing and screening.

These equipment are widely used in coal and lignite mining, cement, quarries, tunneling,power plants installation, ports, salt, iron ore, process plants and fertilizers, sugar plants, and recycling.

Heavy Duty Gravity Roller Conveyor is designed and constructed to convey those heavy loads that require rugged dependable service. Applications include conveying heavy pallets, castings, heavy metal containers, large coils of sheet metal, etc. The roller’s heavy .300″ thick tubing wall helps prevent damage to the roller from heavy items being dropped on the conveyor by loading personnel. Rollers may be set high or low in the frame depending on the application.

Roller inner structure and material:

(a) Shaft: Bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance
(b) Shaft end: Both ends of tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered
(c) Bearing: Single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
(d) Rubber: Heat vulcanization rubber. Wear resistant, anti-fire
(e) Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with multi-stage labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal
(f) Lubrication: Grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors
(g) Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
(h) Our roller saves on repair and maintenance costs of the conveyor belt due to the concentric design which decreases vibration
