are three types of bearing seats for rollers: cast iron, stamped
steel plate and phenolic plastic.
The grooved heavy-duty roller includes a roller, a support shaft, and the roller is sleeved on the support shaft through the bearings at both ends and the bearing seat. The outer ring of the bearing is provided with a sealing device, and the outer ring of the roller is wrapped with a grooved structure rubber layer, and the bearing seat It is welded and connected with the roller. The invention can prevent the ore and other heavy objects from damaging the idler driving belt and the idler, and has good sealing performance and high reliability, which can effectively extend the service life of the belt, the drum and the bearing.
