IP68 Wireless Submersible Liquid Level Transducer for Sewage Lift Station Deep Well Pump Control Industrial Automation
|
|
The wireless submersible level transmitter is designed for remote and continuous liquid level monitoring. It uses a hydrostatic pressure sensor to measure water or chemical levels in tanks, wells, rivers, and sumps. Data is transmitted wirelessly via LoRa, NB-IoT, or 4G networks to a cloud platform or mobile app. The device is powered by a long life 3.6V lithium battery, eliminating the need for external power or cables. Its IP68 rating allows full submersion underwater. The standard measuring range is 0 to 10 meters of water, with higher ranges available on request. Accuracy is 0.5 percent of full scale. The housing and diaphragm are made of 316SS, suitable for corrosive liquids. Cable length can be customized from 10 to 100 meters. Installation is simple: hang the sensor at the desired depth and secure the cable. No calibration is needed for most applications. This transmitter is ideal for flood control, groundwater monitoring, lift stations, and industrial tank level measurement.
