The tuning fork liquid oil milk density meter is a high-precision, high-applicability vibration principle densitometer produced by introducing the most advanced frequency tracking technology from abroad. The product design adopts a plug-in type installation and is widely used in open tank containers and enclosed tank containers. The density of the medium is detected.
The principle of the tuning fork oil milk density meter is that the tuning forks have different frequencies in different media, and the frequency and density have a certain proportional relationship.
The liquid densitometer sensor consists of two piezoelectric crystals. One piezoelectric crystal generates vibration and the other piezoelectric crystal detects vibration. The tuning fork sensor has a built-in temperature sensor to compensate the vibration of the piezoelectric crystal.

	The use of imported gold plated transducers from German RH company has a good stability, long life and low temperature drift, which can ensure good linearity and stability of the tuning fork density meter.		The use of ceramic ferrule base plate ensures good contact with the transducer, and it improves the frequency by 1000HZ to improve the accuracy of the tuning fork densimeter.
	The unique isolation ring design rejects the impact of any mechanical vibration on the tuning fork, making the tuning fork more suitable for use in vibration applications.		The circuit board adopts all-resin sealing structure to prevent moisture and corrosion, and the protection circuit board can be used in harsh environments for a long time.
	The tuning fork densitometer core insertion body adopts a machine-plus-center molding to ensure the unity of precision, improve the repeatability of the tuning fork densitometer, ensure the mass control of mass production, and use sandblasting to ensure the mechanical strength of the tuning fork.		Built-in high-precision temperature sensor can display the temperature as a basis for high-accuracy temperature compensation. The compensation range of conventional products ranges from 0-80 degrees, basically covering customer requirements.
