Description of JY series dead weight tester

JY SERIES piston pressure gauge is a new product developed by our company according to the latest "Piston PRESSURE gauge" inspection regulations (JJG59-2007). The key components of the piston gauge use tungsten carbide material with high hardness and low coefficient of linear expansion temperature, which improves the wear resistance of the piston, so the deformation under pressure is very small (negligible), and the performance is extremely stable. The working medium is piston type isoctyl sebacate, so the pressure gauge has high sensitivity.
Due to the adoption of new materials, new technology, new technology, new piston pressure gauge technical indicators have been greatly improved. Therefore, it is widely used to test digital pressure gauge, precision pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, pressure sensor and other pressure instruments.

1. The piston and cylinder are made of high strength, high stiffness, and low temperature coefficient of linear expansion of the carbide grinding tungsten carbide material , with a wide range of ambient temperature , stable performance 20 ± 5 ℃.
