Remote Tracking of Device's StatusDevice's status can be captured by means of real-time tracking, such as speed,direction,GPS location and status of lock rope, which secures the shipping in a more efficient way.

Smart Working ModeDevice in sleep can be waken up by inserting or cutting rope. It would be convenient for clients to be kept informed of assets' location and other status by uploading real-time data, which enables them act accordingly and secures the reliability in transit. Power-saving mode will be activated by default if the device is disconnected for a long time.

1. Question : How long will the battery last ?

Answer : Battery life for E-seal Tracker is counted by data-sending times. It supports at least 400 data-sending which means you can have 400 reports. If you need 10 reports each day, the battery will last for 40 days.

(2) Question: Can I replace the lock rope when the battery is not dead?How?
Answer: Yes. You can pull out the lock rope and insert new lock rope.
 

1. Question: Can I use my own SIM card ?

Answer: Yes. You can use your own SIM card but you need to tell us the APN settings. For APN settings, you can check here: https://jointech.en.made-in-china.com/
 

1. Question: Can I recharge or replace the battery ?

Answer: No. Due to special design, E-seal Tracker is a disposable tracker. Right now, there is no port for clients to recharge. If you take out the battery, it will damage the GSM and GPS antenna. You can directly throw it away after usage.

Answer : click this icon on the top on Jointech's platform. Detailed information can be viewed.
 

1. Question : Can I set Geo-fence for E-seal Tracker ?

Answer: No. E-seal tracker only supports real-time tracking and rope-cut alarm. But our other products can set Geo-fence alarm.
 

1. Question: Can I receive SMS alarm ?

Answer : NO. But our other products support SMS alarm. You can contact us for more information.

(8) Question: What if I want to use E-seal Tracker on my own platform ?
Answer: OK. Protocol or API can be offered for you. You can use it on your own platform.
