Quality Control
We own a standard and strict quality control process. Every new staff will have training classes before starting work.
Audit instructors will come to our company for on-site guidance, and arrange training classes from time to time, so that every employee in our company pays attention to the quality of the product in thought, and takes the excellent quality of the product as the starting point in action, and keeps learning and improving.
Here is our normal quality control process:
1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------ Incoming quality control ( IQC)
2) Checking the details before the production line operation
3) Have full inspection and routing inspection during mass production------In process quality control(IPQC)
4) Checking the products after they are finished------Final quality control(FQC)
5) Checking the products before delivery and shipment------Outgoing quality control(OQC)
We can also supply test report including dimension report, material certificate, PPAP documents, ROHS and SGS and others according to customer's demand.
