Good Scratch Resistance Leveling Agent TEGORAD 2250 For Printing Inks
Leveling agent DR-2250 has excellent substrate wettability and scratch resistance.It is suitable for wood and furniture coatings, printing inks and cover printing coatings, especially for water-based radiation curing system and solvo-free UV radiation curing system.
Specification
Application:
The recommended dosage is 0.1-1.0% of the total formula.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

DR-2250 has excellent substrate wettability, which enables the varnish to have high transparency.
It also has excellent flow and smooth performance, thus adding DR-2250 to the system the surface tension of the system can be significantly reduced, leveling, fluidity and good anti-adhesion/stripping effect can be improved.
Packaging and storage :
Net weight 25kg/drum or 200kg/plastic-lined iron drums, net weight 1000kg IBC.
Should be stored at a dry and cool place. The shelf life is 2 years from production date.
