Dispersing agent DR-190 is light yellow transparent liquid,is a widely used dispersant for dispersing various pigments.

Performance:

This agent causes the pigment to deflocculate through steric hindrance stabilization.

Due to the small particle size of the flocculent pigment, it can achieve high gloss and enhance color strength.

In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the covering power of opaque pigments have also been improved. Due to the decrease in viscosity, the fluidity is improved and the pigment content can be increased.

Application:

1. Especially suitable for producing stable resin free pigment shrinkage, with a pigment content of 30-60%.

2. Recommended for producing stable resin free pigment concentrate slurry to prepare water-based coatings without floating or blooming.

3. Water-based adhesives (rational choice), epoxy system, polyurethane system

Recommended addition and Usage:

To obtain ideal performance, the dispersant needs to be slowly added (under stirring) to the mixture of grinding resin/cosolvent or lotion resin. When used in resin free pigment concentrated slurry, before adding the pigment, mix the dispersant and water evenly.

Packaging and storage :

25kg or 200kg/ plastic drum.

This product is transported as non DG material. Sealed storage, with a storage period of 12 months at room temperature.When the temperature is below 0 ° C, stratification and turbidity may occur. Before use, heat to 20 ° C and mix thoroughly.
