Benzophenone is a high purity,non-cleaving,solid photoinitiator which is used to initiate the UV polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers(e.g. acrylates)in combination with tertiary amine synergists.

Soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic, glycol ethers, glycol ether acetates and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Compatible with wide variety of other resins including acrylics, vinyl, nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, maleinate resins.
