40 Pcs/Min Automatic Container IR Screen Printing Machine

Machine Model

Featuring linear track conveying, the machine completes all printing functions with a single set of fixtures. It delivers high printing precision of ±0.1mm while preventing product scratches.

For product printing, the machine is driven by a digitally controlled servo motor and comes with remote management and service capabilities (Industry 4.0).

Adopting well-known electrical components and a PLC control system, the machine offers user-friendly touchscreen and wireless tablet operation, guaranteeing stable and reliable performance.

After the product printing is completed, the products are discharged by a robotic arm, arranged in an upright position, and then enter a constant-temperature drying tunnel oven to fully cure the ink.
