Operating Mode: Semi-automatic Process with Manual-Machinery Collaboration.The equipment does not feature a complete closed-loop "automatic feeding - printing - drying - unloading" process like a fully automatic production line, and requires manual participation in key steps: Operators typically place/remove workpieces (such as plates, films, and small components) manually, while the machinery automatically completes core processes including "positioning and clamping - 刮刀 printing - screen head reset". This mode balances operational flexibility and printing efficiency, making it suitable for small-batch and multi-variety production scenarios.
Adaptability: Compatible with Multi-specification Workpieces and Easy Adjustment.

Parameters such as workbench size, screen head stroke, and 刮刀 angle can be quickly adjusted via the electronic control panel of the servo system (some models support digital presets). There is no need for frequent disassembly of mechanical components, enabling the equipment to adapt to the printing of workpieces of different sizes (e.g., from small electronic components to medium-sized plates) and different materials (plastic, metal, glass, etc.), thus meeting the needs of customized production.

Usability: Low Operation Threshold and Controllable Maintenance Costs.The operation interface is mostly a visual touchscreen, allowing intuitive parameter setting that is easy for new users to master. The servo system has a relatively simple structure, and fault diagnosis can be performed through prompts from the electronic control system.
