Features:

SL1466 is an automatic printing equipment specially designed for cylindrical plastic bottles, capable of printing UV inks of various colors on the bottle surface. Developed for the printing of round bottles, this model is 50% faster to set up than traditional ones and easy to operate, allowing operators to get started quickly.

The machine features a modular structure, with each module integrating flame treatment, screen printing and UV curing functions. By linearly connecting these modules, an integrated production line supporting up to 8-color printing can be built to meet the needs of multi-color printing.

In addition, this machine has good expandability: when connected to a foil stamping or labeling module, it can become a multifunctional printing line integrating screen printing with foil stamping or labeling; after printing, if connected to a visual product inspection module, it can also replace manual inspection, improving the efficiency and accuracy of quality inspection.

In the feeding process, its bottle feeding conveyor can be directly connected to bottle making equipment or to an automatic bottle trimmer, thus replacing manual bottle feeding and realizing automatic feeding. After the printing process is completed, the discharge part can be connected to a bagging machine to further save labor costs.

The equipment is equipped with a rich set of functional systems to ensure efficient and precise printing processes: Its gearbox feeding function can stably convey products to be processed, guaranteeing the continuity of feeding; the robot vacuum directional feeding function can realize directional transfer of materials through precise vacuum adsorption, improving feeding accuracy; the surface treatment function driven by the host speed-regulating motor can flexibly adjust the treatment intensity according to different material characteristics, optimizing the surface state before printing.

Meanwhile, the equipment also has an electrostatic dust removal function, which can effectively remove static electricity and fine dust on the product surface, preventing impurities from affecting printing quality; the flame surface treatment function can enhance the adhesion of the material surface, making the ink easier to adhere; the pre-positioning function ensures that the product is in an accurate position during printing through precise mechanical positioning, reducing deviations.

In the printing process, the container adjustable pressure inflatable printing function can flexibly adjust the internal inflation pressure according to the shape and material of the container, ensuring the stability of the printing surface; the automatic screen printing function realizes the automated operation of the printing process, reducing manual intervention. In addition, the motorized printing head lifting function provides convenience for loading and unloading the screen, saving plate changing time; the screen motorized lifting function facilitates operators to perform screen wiping operations, maintaining the cleanliness of the screen.

In the curing process, the equipment is equipped with a high-intensity U.S. UV lamp curing function (optional LED-UV curing function), which can quickly cure the ink with uniform effect; for cylindrical containers, the speed-regulating motor rotation function when passing through UV can ensure uniform light exposure on all parts of the container, improving curing consistency.

Finally, the robot vacuum unloading function completes the unloading of finished products through stable vacuum adsorption, avoiding product damage; the unloading speed-conveying function can flexibly adjust the conveying speed of finished products according to the needs of subsequent processes, achieving efficient connection with downstream equipment.
