Features:

SL1466: Automatic printer for printing UV inks in different colors on cylindrical plastic bottles. Developed for the printing of round bottles, it is 50% faster to set up than conventional models and easy to operate.

The machine has a modular construction, each module includes flame treatment, screen printing and UV curing functions, and can be linearly connected to achieve an integrated production line of up to 8 colors.

The machine can be connected to a foil stamping or labeling module to become a multifunctional printing line with screen printing and foil stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product inspection module after printing to replace manual inspection.

The bottle feeding conveyor can be directly connected with bottle making equipment or with automatic bottle trimmer to replace manual bottle feeding. After the printing process, the discharge can be connected to the bagging machine to save labor.
