Machine Application:

The machine is suitable for 360-degree printing of UV inks in 3 colors on bottles, cans, lids and other products of various shapes (e.g. round, oval, shaped) made of plastic, glass, metal and other materials.

Technical Specifications:

What is the difference between a linear screen printing machine and a CNC rotary screen printing machine?

1. Straight line screen printing machine is faster than CNC rotary screen printing machine, but the printing accuracy is lower.

2. Straight line presses are modular combinations, the more colors the larger the footprint, while CNC rotary is a rotating structure that will save space.

3. CNC printers are easier to use with remote management and service feature.

4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be done in the same set of fixture, which will avoid the product being scratched.

5. All adjustments such as printing head, screen frame etc. can be fixed by wireless tablet PC, but linear machine must be adjusted manually.
