Technical Specifications:

Rotary labeling of discs (or cylinder positioning) controlled by servo motors enables fast labeling.
One or two labels can be applied according to the setting.
Positioning of labeling bottles on three sides enables high-precision labeling without being affected by uneven bottoms.
Using rubber wheel to rotate labels, transparent label is pasted without air bubbles.

Application:

ST-801-Q Vertical round bottle positioning labeling machine. It is suitable for full winding, partial winding and fixed-point labeling on the circumference of round bottle products in industries such as daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, health care products, foodstuffs, chemicals and so on. The machine can be used for automatic labeling of objects with different diameters and heights.

Suitable bottles:	cylinderical bottles with diameter Φ20-90mm, height 30mm-160mm (The ration between diameter and height should be less than 1:3, such as 2ml~20ml penicillin bottle, 50~500ml infusion bottle)

Labeling accuracy:	The axial position deviation of the bottle is ±0.5mm, and the front and rear height deviation is ±1.0mm
