Senny Printing Machines can be used used for containers of different shapes, sizes and materials in the food, cosmetic, household chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The printer is suitable for plastic products of various shapes, such as round, oval, triangular and square; the product range includes bottles, jars, rigid tubes, etc.

The machine is modular, with each module including digitally controlled servo-driven screen printing and UV curing functions, and linear connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.

The printing parameters are independently adjusted for each color, the printing function is digitized, and bottles of various shapes can be printed in 360°, and the machine is easy and quick to set up.

The equipment can be connected with hot stamping or labeling module to become a multifunctional printing line with screen printing plus hot stamping or labeling; it can also be connected with visual product inspection module after printing to replace manual inspection.

The feeding conveyor can be directly connected with the bottle making equipment, or connected with the automatic bottle trimming machine, instead of manual feeding; after the printing process, the discharging material can be connected with the bagging machine, saving labor.
