2. The structure of the vulcanizing machine is a column structure, and the pressing form is a down-pressing type.
3. This machine is equipped with YCB-25 / 4 type double pump, which is directly driven by the motor. The motor is started with a magnetic starter. The built-in thermal relay is used for overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters a failure, it will automatically stop.
4. The middle hot plate of this machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four columns, and is equipped with a guide frame. This machine is heated by tubular electric heating elements, no boiler is needed, reducing air pollution, keeping the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Can be used on a stand-alone basis for user convenience. This machine is equipped with an oil storage tank in the lower left corner, which contains oil for the pump to circulate for work. The type of oil used is recommended to use N32 # or N46 # hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered through a 100 mesh / 25 × 25 filter before being injected into the fuel tank. The oil must be kept clean and free from impurities."
