It is mainly in use of vulcanizing various kinds of rubber pattern products.

1) The body use frame type, mainly consists of top crossing, plate, table, piston, hydraulic cylinder and frame. We put asbestos board between plate and top crossing, table, for its good heat insulation. Use polyurethane material sealing ring between piston and hydraulic cylinder with good sealing property. The piston material is chilled cast iron, hydraulic cylinder material is ductile cast iron, weldment between top and bottom crossing.

2) Put holder and oil cylinder at the side of plate, push-off and reseting moulds are finished by oil cylinder moving when using. There is not ejecting holder in manual ejecting mould structure ,but still convenient when using.

3) Hydraulic system is consist of unipump, operating valve and control system.

4) Electric system is consist of oil pump motor and vulcanizing timing. When working pressure reach 22.1MPa, electro connecting pressure gauge control, time relay on the faceplate is used for setting vulcanizing time. When reach the setting time, it will warn automatically, push TA button can remove warning.

2.Weldment of frame : Welded together as a whole part,Stewing fire treatment after weldment.(Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding,alloyed welding wire).submerged arc welding, VSR treatment after weldment.

3.Piston:the material of plunger is Chilled cast iron, after polishing,grinding treatment and resist compression test,make the surface smooth,anti-abrasion,durable.

4.Heating way&precision temperature control:

Steam ,oil or Electric, range of temperature:0-300 °C (can be adjustment if you need 400 °C ,we can do it )；

Plate temperature tolerance: ±0.1°C (very precise)other factory just is ±3°C

Also we can produce the machine with water cooling system.

5.Hydraulic system: (PLC control)

professional hydraulic components, stable and reliable and quality .Pressure sensor control system pressure and never off pressure.
