Features
- Materials are plasticizing and mixing in a closed, pressurized and
temperature-controlled space, thus it can achieve high
productivity, good and stable quality.
- Compared with open mixing mill, it is more energy effective and the
capacity is 6-8 times more under the same power level.
- The special dust sealing unit provides reliable sealing.
- The machine is rather durable in use, because the rotor uses 42Crmo
material and is plated by hard chrome so does the decelerator and
gearbox.
- Effective temperature control - excellent cooling or heating effect
(All the parts in contact with stock adopt jacket design in order
to lead water/steam/medium oil to control the temperature.)
- The electrical control system adopts PLC, thus it provide perfect
and reliable control, detection & alarm and the necessary

Double blades, proper clearance & high cooling effect gives
excellent dispersion . Its production is 4 to 5 times more than an
ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.

Mixing chamber can be tilted which enables easy cleaning, because
of this, different coloured compounds can be made nice.
