Cautions of Final Drive Installation:

1. Clean the hydraulic oil circuit, replace the hydraulic oil filter and return oil filter. The mixing of fine particles

such as mud, sand or metal powder in the hydraulic oil will wear out motor inner parts too quickly. It is also the

main reason for the stuck phenomenon.

2. Check whether the gearbox is filled with gear oil. The volume of the gear oil should be more than half of the

total volume of the gearbox. (Generally,factory will add gear oil in final drive )

3. Generally, for a new Chinese made final drive ass'y , it is necessary to replace the new gear oil after using for

7 days or 60 hours for the first time. The second time to change the gear oil is in the 2nd -3rd months. After that,

it depends on the usuage situation of the final drive.

4.Difference between the quality of hydraulic oil (motor part) and gear oil (gear box part): Good hydraulic oil and

gear oil can extend the service life.

5. Check if the pipeline connection and the walking direction is correct.
